If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@fashionestyle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

If you receive a damaged product, make sure you take pictures, keep the original packaging and send it back to SENDER. The shipping fees for sending an order back must be paid by your self. After sending the order back, contact us for a refund and make sure you’ll provide the prove of your RETURN. We, then after will process a full refund.
