1. Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@fashionestyle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Service team at support@fashionestyle.com for further instructions.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made items

5. Shipping:

To return your product, mail it to the address provided with your RMA number. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement.
